The selected candidate will:
Initiate,
manage and integrate savvy on-line media marketing and advertising strategies and programs to drive exponential levels of traffic to our on line communities, while 1) significantly increasing, on a week over
week basis, our virtual inventory of fresh members; 2) exponentially increasing member/subscriber conversion levels for all international and domestic profit centers; 3) producing consistent ROI on our marketing
investment portfolios that regularly exceeds our goals; 4) consistently exceeding our exponential growth in revenue forecasts. Identify, develop and launch enhancements to the firm's on-line media marketing
platform, ensuring competitive utilization and integration with other media assets and properties, as they are positioned to add value and create new revenue streams. Develop lucrative email campaign strategies,
and execute leading edge database campaigns to drive visitor memberships, conversions, and to up-sell, cross sell and re-new existing members to our many on line products. Design and develop streamlined methods
to analyze, track and publish results of campaigns. Strategically drive how we identify and communicate the competitive strengths of our services to our target audiences and existing customers; Develop and refine
key messages for the company's new product offerings. Develop marketing channel matrix models forecasting marketing investment portfolio returns by Profit Center; achieve an overall portfolio performance within
10% of goal.
Primary Responsibilities:
Effectively manages, plans, develops and monitors media strategies, schedules, budgets and staff. Coordinate creative executions and optimization in-house
and with media outlets. Perform campaign management and media performance measurement. Negotiate best price for media to optimize ROI (subscription sales and membership growth). On-going monitoring and
evaluation of media agreements and contracts with outside media vendors. Manage media staff and media scheduling. Track expenditures to ensure compliance with budget. Research and maintain record of
trends, innovations, and changes that affect media buying. Meet with media representatives and accesses media databases to research available options for media placement. Work extensively with product,
design and development teams to assure accurate, effective messaging so as to achieve larger corporate & brand specific goals.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Attributes:
Five to ten years Advertising/Media industry experience. Three to five years' executive experience in online media. Proven leader in evangelizing EmsaNet's vision internally and externally with the ability to
address many types of audiences. Ability to see and communicate the "big" picture and not lose sight of key details. Experience in identifying and aggressively exploiting on-line media partnership and alliance
opportunities below market cost. Extensive media selection, evaluation, buying and campaign investment management experience. Understanding of related Internet technologies, Internet business models, and
online media trends, On & Off line Sales/Marketing and Advertising principles. Thorough knowledge of CPA, CPC, CPM, Affiliate and other conventional and unconventional advertising/acquisition models
Familiarity with industry standard management tools & third party services Proficient in the leading the development and implementation of creative strategies & briefs - an accomplished brand builder.
Proficient in market analysis and acquisition costing, ROI analysis. A skilled negotiator, strategic thinker, team leader and innovator with established regional & national industry contacts in on &
offline media. Successful managed media budgets in excess of $10,000,000 Excellent communication, project management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and MS Project Strong knowledge of search engines, search engine optimization, and domain names as strategic marketing tools. High energy, resourcefulness,
talented on collaboration, impeccable interpersonal skills Generate innovative and creative ideas and challenging conventional ways Ability to establish early credibility with the team and to treat them as
