This position will involve all aspects of
coordinating trade shows. This includes logistics, travel, reservations, registrations, budgets, calendars and events. You will report to the Director of Marketing. You will also be working closely with the
Marketing Project Managers and Trade Show companies.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of tradeshows, events and
speaking opportunities including show booth shipping, installation and dismantle, show services, registrations, badges and conference passes
Manage show budgets and resolve billing.
Coordinate marketing collateral for shows and show mailings.
Provide information to Webmaster for show dates and events.
Manage booth maintenance, repairs and refurbishments.
Maintain a toolbox that to contain necessary
items for booth repair on-site and order new trade show items as needed.
Maintain trade show files that includes steps
for organizing and event, managing logistics, and coordinating marketing activities for the event.
Maintain tradeshow/event calendar and distribute quarterly.
Required Qualifications:
Marketing and trade show management experience required.
Must be pro-active problem-solver and able to manage multiple projects.
Knowledge of Microsoft office.
Must be detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize.
College degree in related fields preferred.
