Can I pay by Personal Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order? A. No. we only accept Credit cards (Visa and MasterCard)
Q. Why can't I pay by check, money order or cashier's check? A.
In order to maintain the low price of $12.00 and give you the quality service you expect, we are not able to accept checks, money orders or cashiers' checks. We encourage you to use a debit card associated with your checking account or a credit card. We cannot accept ATM cards.
Q. Will I get a statement each month? A. Yes. All EmsaNet subscribers will receive a invoice / receipt via your e-mail account.
Q.
What if I pre-pay for a year and then decide to unsubscribe before the year is up? A.
If you have signed up for one year of service and terminate your account during the first month, EmsaNet will retain one standard months charges and refund to you the remainder of your payment.

What if I sign up and decide to unsubscribe before the month is up? A. We will not refund a partial month.

How do I change the credit card number on my account? A.

Q. Why should I use my credit card? A.
Using your credit card is both the safest and most reliable way of handling your monthly billing. We use a secure site to accept your payment information to protect you, also with automatic billing, you never have to worry about a mail delay or remembering to write and mail a check every month. Just as with a check, your payment will be due on the anniversary of the date you signed up.
Q. When will my credit card be charged? A.
It will be charged on the day you signup, then every month on the same day. If you chose annual billing, it will be charged on the same day next year. The monthly & annual charges are reoccurring until you cancel your service with EmsaNet
