Q. Is it really only $12.00 A Month?
A. Yes. There is no set-up fee or commitment required. It's only $12.00 a month. If you want to pre-pay for one year, you'll save. The cost for one pre-paid year is only $99.00.
 

Q. What do I get for $12.00 A Month?
A. You get unlimited access to the internet at speeds up to 56K, 1 email account, pop 3, Webmail and Technical Support 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
 

Q. Is access really unlimited?
A. For Non-commercial use, you may stay connected as long as you want. There is no additional charge at any time. However, you will be disconnected after 30 minutes of inactivity between your PC and our Network Servers.
 

Q. What forms of payment are accepted?
A. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
 

Q. Are there many banner ads?
A. No. There are no banner ads generated from EmsaNet .  You may encounter banner ads when you visit other sites on the internet.
 

Q. Will I get pop-up ads?
A. There are no pop-up ads generated from EmsaNet .  You may encounter pop-up ads when you visit other sites on the internet.
 

Q. Will you sell my name or other personal information?
A. NEVER. We highly value the privacy of our customers.
 

Q. What operating system platforms do you support?
A. We support MAC 8.6 and above, Windows 95 and above. You will also need a modem and a phone line.
 

Q. What are your terms of your User Agreement?

Q. What is the difference between you and AOL/ MSN/ Earthlink?
A. We offer a lower price for unlimited service. We don't add banner ads or pop-up ads to your browser and instead of using proprietary software, you can use the internet browser that came with your computer.
 

Q. Will I be able to use my old email address?
A. EmsaNet will give you a new user id and email address. If you use hotmail, yahoo or other web based mail, you may continue to use that email address. If your email address was given to you by your old ISP, then you will not be able to use that address.
 

Q. Do you offer DSL or broadband?
A. YES. 
 

Q. There's only one phone number for my area.  Will I get busy signals?
A. We constantly monitor our equipment to add lines as needed. You should not get  busy signals.
 

Q. Does this work with MSN TV (WebTV)?
A. We do not support MSN TV.
 

Q. Does EmsaNet work on IOpener or other Internet Machines?
A. EmsaNet only supports computers with operating system Windows 95 and
above and Mac 8.6 and above.
 

Q. Do you monitor or record the websites I visit?
A. No.
 

Q. What is a username or user id?
A. The username or user id is the first part of your email address.  It is also the name you will use to logon to EmsaNet .
 

Q. Ok, this all sounds great, what's the catch?
A. What's the catch? There is no catch. This is what we do.
 

Q. I've signed up & I'm connected... what do I do now?
A. Open up your favorite Browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape, or any other) and start surfing! No special software is required when you sign up with EmsaNet.
