MAC OS X

First, Click on the "System Preferences" icon in the dock. Then, click the "Network"icon and you should now see the screen below. Configure using PPP should already be listed. If it's not, click the drop-down box and select PPP from the list.

Type in the DNS numbers shown above. They are the following: 198.76.169.51 & 198.76.169.54  Now, type emsanet.com in the "Search Domains" box.

The next step is to click on the PPP tab.  It should look like this:

Type EmsaNet in the "Service Provider" field. Then, type the telephone number of the server without spaces or dashes (i.e., 6244219). For "Account Name" type in the username that you gave us when you signed up (i.e. bobsmith).  Next, type in the password and click on "PPP Options". Important: the username & password are both case sensitive! You should see the following screen:

These are the options that need to be checked. Then click OK.  Next, click on the "Modem" tab. Your screen should now look like this:

Your modem may be different than the one listed in the pictured above. "Enable error correction and compression in modem" should be checked.  Now click "Apply". Congratulations! You're done.  Pat yourself on the back. You're pretty good at this.
